Bio
Hello! I'm MK, a mother of three boys, career changer, and lover of all things nutrition. I received a bachelor’s degree in Business from Bentley University before realizing my true passion for nutrition. I've always been food conscious with a lifelong interest in fitness, but reclaimed an appreciation for nutrition and cleaner eating when I first got pregnant. I went on to receive a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics from Simmons University and became a Registered Dietitian in 2018.
I have held various nutrition-related positions ranging from inpatient clinical work to weight loss counseling and pediatric education. I launched my private practice in 2021 and now enjoy working more closely with my clients in a one-on-one setting.
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA & Harvard Pilgrim insurances.
My Philosophy
I believe nutrition can be fun and interesting if we shift our mindset to see that a healthy relationship with food doesn't need to include strict limitations. I love helping people find what nutritional elements work for them by showing them that healthy nutrition doesn't need to meet unrealistic standards of perfection. I believe that we attain our goals more seamlessly when we don't deprive ourselves and instead develop an intuitive sense to eating. My goal is to counsel my clients on how to read nutritional labels, count macros, and follow specific diet needs. My ultimate goal is to motivate each client to reach a place where they can simultaneously love themselves and the food they're eating. Reach out now to get started!

“Eating does not need to be perfect for it to be beneficial.”
